HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can sign-up online right now. You’ll soon receive an email confirming your enrollment and with easy instructions to receive your 3-Bureau Credit Report.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Individual

For a one-time fee of $199 we will get you started. The $99 monthly plan includes each of the C.A.R.E. services including access to the client portal. The portal is where you’ll participate in the credit correction and rebuilding process, gain access to the education modules, and work one-on-one with your budget and credit coach. Monthly subscription required.

Couples

For a one-time fee of $299 we will get you started. The $149 monthly plan includes each of the C.A.R.E. services including access to the client portal. The portal is where you’ll participate in the credit correction and rebuilding process, gain access to the education modules, and work one-on-one with your budget and credit coach. Monthly subscription required.

One-Time Service

For only $199, receive a one-time budget and credit coaching review, a credit report analysis, and financial personality assessment, and access to the e-learning modules. No monthly subscription required.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY)

Would you like to discover your financial personality, order a credit analysis or take advantage of HOPE’s learn on the go courses? Do you feel confident that with the right tools, you could successfully correct and rebuild your credit? HOPE offers a DIY option for a one-time fee of $249. Please note, this does not include one-on-one time with a C.A.R.E. Counselor. No monthly subscription required.

WHAT DO I GET?

The credit analysis for $199 single or $299 couple will get you a personalized action summary to address items on all three of your credit reports, a financial personality assessment, and access to the education portal. With access to the client portal, you’ll participate in the credit correction process, gain access to e-learning, and work one-on-one with your budget and credit coach.

As part of the monthly subscription service, HOPE experts will take the lead in your credit restoration acting as your advocate for validations and disputes with reporting creditors. When you are a HOPE subscriber, we’ll continue to address your credit, while offering you one-on-one counseling, online education on topics such as budgeting, home-buying, choosing insurance, and more.

The One-Time Service plans includes all of the features listed in the DIY option, but does not include counselor led credit repair or regularly scheduled budget and coaching sessions.

HOPE’s DIY option does not include ongoing budget and credit coaching or counselor led credit correction and rebuilding services. However, it may include access to the credit correction and education portals.

CAN I CANCEL?

We would love to work with you to achieve your financial goals, but we understand things happen. You can cancel the subscription service at any time. After the first 90 days, we ask for a 30-day notice to avoid additional monthly fees. Refunds apply to monthly subscription fees only.

DO I HAVE TO MAINTAIN CREDIT MONITORING SERVICES?

No. We just require your credit report once to get started. As the correction process continues, however, it may be helpful for HOPE and encouraging for you, to see the ongoing positive changes in the report as they occur. Many HOPE clients choose to continue to have Credit Report access as they continue to reach their financial goals.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

It depends on each client, where they are with their credit and financial outlook, and where they would like to be. We do ask that you allow a minimum of 90 days to begin to see changes in your financial behavior, as well as credit corrections results.

HOW DOES HOPE HELP WITH SECURITY CLEARANCES?

Is your career contingent upon obtaining a security clearance? Contact us for a credit analysis before submitting your e-QIP application. At risk for having your clearance revoked? Not only will we answer the Guideline F Statement of Reason (SOR), we’ll write a financial counseling letter of recommendation as well!

HOW DO I KNOW MY INFORMATION IS SAFE?

Our clients can rest assured their personally identifiable information is secure.  Also, we do not share any of your information with any other parties.  Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
